Jazz up your punches! And more blog candy!

With my anniversary month in full swimg, I thought that along with some more fun blog candy, that I would give you a fun tutorial to try!

This tutorial uses the Marvy scalloped punches and the Gina K. Designs scalloped frames and doodles stamp sets. I'll show you the finished card and then the "step by step" to create one yourself.

For this card, you will need a marvy scalloped punch, some paper or cardstock and the coordinating Gina K. Designs Scalloped Frame in the dotted pattern.

First, stamp the dotted stamp onto your paper. I used patterned paper in a worn wood style.

Then, punch it out with you punch.

For this next step, you will need some of these tiny little punches. You can also use fiskars decorative punches. Any little, cheapy punch will do. These punches are all from Michael's dollar bin! But there are all kinds of tiny punches out there that don't cost much at all!

I chose the middle one for this shabby chic card. I wanted to play off my floral style stamp.

I turned my little punch over and lined it up so that little stamped dot was in the center of the little flower punch.

Then, I punched it.

You could skip every other one, or you can punch them all out like this!

Look at this beautiful floral confetti I made! Wouldn't that look great inside a shaker card? The flowers are different colors because it's two sided patterned paper from Basic Gray. I saved the little punch outs for another project.

The, I punched another piece of card stock in vanilla. You could also use patterned paper or a contrasting color.

The, I layed the one with the floral punch-outs on top of the plain vanilla one and glued them together.

Next, I used in my Stampin' Up word window punch to punch  out "wish" and added one more floral punch to tie is all together.

And here the finished project again.

For the plain circle, I used the super jumbo circle and the coluzzle to layer it. The giant scalloped circle is the GIGA scalloped Circle punch.

So now for the winner of yesterday's contest and the newest blog candy anniversary give-away!

Almost everyone was right. My husband is a Doctor of Jurisprudence, A.K.A.- a lawyer. LOL!

So the winner of those two awesome bottles of Ultraclean are:
