Preview Party Day 1

It's finally here! I am so excited for this release! It seems like we've been working on this one forever! The first stamp set I am going to preview for this release is Rupa Shevde's newest creation-

The minute I saw this stamp set I was jumping up and down. This is so me! I knew exactly what I wanted to do with it and I have had this idea floating around in my head for months.

I just imagined Alicia and I walking up and down the fashionable streets of New York again, window shopping the afternoon away. And this would be one of the windows we would most definitely stop at. I love these images! The little sign is blank on the stamp and there are all different words that you can stamp in it. I chose the word "enjoy!" because I wanted to make this card a gift card holder. (This is the perfect image to go along with any kind of shopping spree and what better to go with a shopping spree than a gift card, right?)

Here is the inside of my card. I used two of the greeting stamps for the inside.

"Happy Birthday" and "Celebrate in Style!" Either could be used alone but they also work great together.

And, did you notice the little bling?

There are three red rhinestones- one of the purse, one on the shoe and one is on the top of the perfume bottle. Well, they are a brand new embellishment pack, available with our new release. They are called self-adhesive rhinestone accents and they are only $3.19 for a whole sheet in different colors and sizes!

The images I used in my project are only a few of the 18 words and images in this stamp set and you are going to love every single one of them! Rupa has outdone herself with this one.

Rupa also told me that she is donating part of the proceeds of this stamp set to the International Justice Mission. They are a human rights organization that rescues victims of violence, sexual exploitation and other forms of violent oppression.

Wait until you see what some of our fabulous design team members have created for you today with this fabby new set! Check out these projects by Julie Koerber, Michelle Giraud, Linsey Rickett and Melanie Muenchinger! (Poor Kurtis had an idea all cooked up in his head for this set but his stamps got lost in the mail. As soon as he gets his new shipment, I will post his link so you won't miss his projects! You know they are going to be AWESOME!)

So what do you think so far? (And this is only day one!)
How would you like to win this set?
Leave a comment here and I will randomly choose a winner and post it tomorrow.

Make it a GREAT day!!!
Hugs,
Gina K.
