Pumpkin Ambrosia

Doesn't that sound like a dessert?

I got a chance to play in my stamp room tonight and I pulled out one of last year's fall stamp sets called "Happy Harvest." I have always enjoyed coloring this pumpkin image with colored pencils but this time I used my Copic markers and they are so vibrant.

I broke open a pack of the new Basic Grey Ambrosia 6 X 6 paper. I knew I would really like working with this paper but I had no idea how much I would LOVE it! I couldn't decide which piece to use. It's all so beautiful!

Isn't that gray and orange just perfect together? Who would've thought, huh?

For the corner, I used the new EK success scalloped corner punch. It adds just the right touch. And, with the 6 X 6 paper size,  you have just enough left over for some decorative elements like this without too much waste.

Since I don't have any of the Ambrosia brads yet, I used some copper brads in two sizes to accent my punched corner.

I just adore Basic Grey's little paper packs...they are not only beautiful papers, but I just love the smaller size for cardmaking, and it's easy to see all the designs right on top! Thanks for the chance, Gina!

Congratulations ladies! Please send me your shipping address and I will ship those right out to you!

I hope you enjoyed today's card project. I have more projects coming up soon!
Hugs,
