My snowman's smile.

I am getting so excited about our next release and, of course, it's full of fabulous holiday stamp sets and a couple of new surprises!

Our release will be on Thursday, October 2nd at 10:00PM central time and we'll be partying in our member company forum from 7:00-10:00 PM central time to celebrate.

To get you in the mood, I thought I would take you all the way back to last year's holiday stamp sets.

This stamp was the very first snowman stamp that I ever drew and he was re-released last year in the stamp set "Let it snow." I love that polka-dot scarf and mischievous half smile.

I wanted to use some non-traditional holiday colors so I chose a piece of the new DCWV adhesive 6 X 6 paper pack and played off of the blues and purples.

I began with some Coredinations card stock. I love the Vintage collection! I ran it through the cuttlebug using the snowflake folder and then sanded the surface with a Tim Holtz sanding block. The brads are our Bling and Dazzle Button Babies. I used both pastels and brights to mix the purples.

Are you loving that corner? That's the new EK Success Fancy corner punch. It looks almost puffy and cloud-like in that corner which plays off of the snow theme.

I colored the card with Copic Markers and added my greeting. (Also from "Let it snow.")
