Check out these shoes!

I just bought these shoes. They are from Aldo. The heel is like 5 inches! That will make me 5' 5"! I am so excited to be tall! LOL! To see a bigger view, click here.
A couple quick things-
1. I will be posting our regular Guest designer feature, beginning on the 15th so stay tuned. You will not want to miss the projects that this fabulous concept artist sent to me! All I can say is WOW!
2. If you're not cruising with us, we have a very special treat coming up for you. The design team has put together a fabulous fun event called our "Land Cruise" and it will be held in our forum at Splitcoaststampers.
There will be challenges and contests where you can play to win free stamp sets! Plus, they will give you a very special code that night to use in our store the next day for an amazing special AND, another special where you can get a free gift with your order too! So stay tuned for more info on that!
3. I know lots of you are still interested in the Copic club. If we have any spots left unpaid by November first, I will announce how many spots are available and how to get in touch with us to sign up. I'm sure we will be able to get many of you in. Please wait until November 1st for us to know how many spots. We still have some unpaid ones.
Well, that's all for tonight.
Hugs,
Gina K.

Saaaa-weeeeeeeeeet!
I can see you in those fab shoes! Enjoy!
And thanks for the tips for us land-lovers while you're cruising!

Forum on Splitcoast - for those of us who have never connected/joined (or whatever you call it) to a forum, could you please tell us how that works and how to do it?? It would be greatly appreciated (and maybe I'm the only one who doesn't know how??) Thanks

I truely can't believe that you can wear such heels Miss Gina! Eeek ! I'd be falling all over my ankles and people would definitely think I was under the control of some sort of substance ! haaa ! I hope you're going to model them for everyone
**~~Also wondered if you were going to be doing some Live Blogging while you're on your Cruise? I really REALLY hope so as I think that would be beyond hilarious and aid some of us who *Wish* they could be on the ship but can't, for one reason or another. I am SO jealous :0)

As someone who is only 4'11", I can totally empathize with the need for tall shoes. I'm currently on the lookout for a tall pair of white (or silver or navy) ones for my wedding

Eeeek! My feet hurt just imagining those shoes. Don't get me wrong, they are uber cute and the boost in height will be great...it's just not a feat I could manage. More power to you, Gina!

Hi Gina,
Love the shoes! Just wish I was young enough to wear shoes that high. I'm interested in the club and would like to know what a set of the Copic Markers costs. Have a wonderful time on the cruise!!!!!

be careful that you don't get a nosbleed way up in the high altitude. I have a daughter who is 4'11-1/2 inches. she would probably kill for these. thanks for sharing. MaryAnn

Girl.. Those shoes are SUPAH FLY! Which begs the question... Can we see the rest of your "get-up" that these totally witchin' shoes go with? Do share!
Looking forward to the Land-lubbers Cruise... I hope to have my camera back so by then so I can participate!

If I had those shoes I'd have to stand still.
I hope I can join the Copic club......!

OMGosh! I'd break my neck or my ankle if I so much as tried to stand up in those shoes let alone tried to walk in them! It is fun for us short people to feel tall once in a while, though!
Ooh! Can't wait for the land cruise! Sounds like fun!

Darling shoes---I wore shoes that tall to business university 50 years ago! lol I could make it the 15 blocks from the apartment to the university on foot, making every streetlight going downhill. Going back in the evening uphill was a different story--then I wished I was barefoot after being in them all day! Thanks for the memories--now my highest heel is an inch!! lol
I've never joined a forum either---as someone who does not have the capability to upload pictures on the internet and also does not have a blog, is there anyway for me to join the contests or forum? I do hope you have some blogs from the cruise--we can join you vicariously.

I remember having a pair like these in the seventies. Verry popular during the disco era, dontcha know. Had to give them up though. There are lots of hills where I live.
Hills + High Heels= Falling down.
