Do you have a sweet tooth?
I do, especially when it comes to rubber stamps!



These darling images were hand-drawn by artist Mary Duffek for Gina K. Designs. Although I chose to preview the cupcake image, there are actually many more confections for you to stamp in this newest stamp set called "Sweetest Blessings."

I love this cupcake so much!



It's the perfect image to fluff up with a spot of liquid appliqué. Liquid appliqué is easy to use. All you do is squeeze a little on and heat it with your embossing tool. It fluffs right up like magic!

It's hard to see in the photo but I added some doodlebug glitter to the liquid appliqué before I heated it. It makes it look like crystal sugar sprinkled on top.

And the cherry on top? That was created with Crystal Lacquer to make it puffy and shiny.

All of the greetings in the set are cute and sweet. They are perfect for all occasion cards including birthdays and notes of thanks, which are most of the cards I seem to make.




Another detail about this stamp set- it comes in a Gina K. Designs tin for easy storage.

To create this card project, I mixed two sizes of gingham ribbon- one from Stampin' Up and one from Bazzil. I used the Fiskars threading water punch to create the scalloped edge. I used Nestabilities to create the scalloped and plain circles framing the cupcake and the tags trio die to cut out the greeting.
