  Some people will probably think that I am being petty, and I can just write it in, but as a French speaker I RARELY get stamps that are in French, and if I have to write it in, I might as well write the word.

     The research we did showed it both ways so we decided that it would be easier to add the little mark with a pen than to mask it off. Of course, I totally understand your point of view. Sorry we didn't add it in the set both ways. That might have been a good plan. Next time, we'll take that into consideration.
