You can't resist this!
Do you ever get stuck in a rut?
I was stuck in a rut for a long time. All I did was stamp and color, stamp and color. I really liked the cards I was making, but I wasn't challenging myself or using any of my other stuff.
But I have been having a blast since StampTV came along because it's really challenged me to dig through my stamp room and pull out all the fun tools and products in my stash. It's made me try something new!
Today, I'm going to challenge you to try emboss resist. Whether it's a old favorite or a brand new idea to you, this technique is really fun and totally gets the creative juices flowing!
There are two ways to do it. I've posted two new videos on Emboss Resist on StampTV today.
I also posted a video on how to use Metallic Rub-on paste. If you haven't tried this stuff, it's amazing and dirt cheap! It last forever too. LOL! I have embellished so many projects using Metallic Rub-on paste. It makes any embossed area on your card really pop! Rub it all over the surface of a cuttlebugged background or enhance the edges of your embossed nestabilities pieces!
If you decided to try this technique, make sure you upload your card over in the StampTV gallery using keyword/tag STVTC8.
Each week, we give away tons of prizes for our challenges and we randomly choose the winners from the gallery by searching the keywords. If you use Gina K. Designs stamps, you get your name in the drawings twice!
Online Classes!
Later today, our education director, Jessica Fick, will be posting her first online class at StampTV.
So many of you have been asking for this because you aren't able to get to our retail store for classes.
These classes are based on the technique episodes at StampTV so you can watch the technique first. Then, using your class kit, (Available later today,) you will be able to make 12 projects! You will get a secret password that will get you into the StampTV online classroom where you will find all the instructions, free downloads and more!

Hi Gina, great topic today! I have a question about the online classes...can we start them anytime or do we have to start them now? I won't have the money to buy all of the supplies needed and the Class Kit for 2 more weeks. Can I sign up and start the classes then?
