Oldies but goodies.

I love to pull out my old favorites when it comes to stamping techniques. And shaving cream was one of the first ones I learned.

It's funny how you forget about the oldies but goodies but when you try them again, it all seems fun and new!

This week on StampTV, play along with me and try your hand at shaving cream. It's such a fun and easy background technique. If you make a card using it, you can show it off in our gallery using the keyword STVTC12 and play along with the technique challenge for this week. You may even win a prize!

And this week's "How to use it" is Crystal Lacquer. Learn how to create dimension and shine with precision using this fabulous product!

Coming on Friday- it's our very first issue of Stamping Lifestyle magazine!

From great summer reads to how to get out of the kitchen faster so you can get back to stamping- Stamping Lifestyle is an easy and enjoyable read. And it's all free for you!

What an exciting week around here! I hope you'll stop by each day to see what's new at StampTV!

Have a wonderful day!
Hugs,
Gina K.

Oh, I'm grinning! I spotted your Pampered Chef Handy Scraper right away then heard you talk about it on the Stamp TV tutorial. I did a Pampered Chef show for my former SU demo once & talked about all the great Stamping uses for PC tools! I'm so glad you did this tutorial. This will sound really funny, but the main reason I have never tried the shaving cream technique is the directions always said to have a deep pan. All I have had until recently are Pampered Chef stones (no shaving cream in those), and I never remembered to pick up a cheap pan for this technique. What a great idea to just use a paper plate and toss it out! (and I typed pampered plate at first). After we get moved in & I have a craft room (YEA!!!!), I will try this!

I love the shaving cream video on StampTV. I never had the pleasure of using shaving cream before. Since my husband has a beard, I'll have to go out and buy shaving cream. Great card!

Absolutely love your tutorials on StampTV! I made the coasters this week and had a lot of fun. Your tutorials are the best I've ever viewed. I would love to see some Patriotic card samples, as I send hundreds of cards to Veterans and soldiers.
Please enter me in the Copic pen drawing ~ I've wanted to try them, but $$ stands in the way! lol
Thanks for making stamping even more enjoyable than I ever thought possible. I have to thank one of the gals in my chat group (CrazyCardMakers@yahoogroups.com)for sharing the StampTV link with our group. I will be forever grateful!
    Rubber hugs,
