------------------------------

Tonight, we will be celebrating our new release with a party in our member company forum at Splitcoaststampers and you're invited!

We'll have challenges, contests, sneak peeks, full stamp set reveals and so much more! The party is from 7-10 PM central time here at this link: Party thread

I will be posting more about that later including the winner of the star punch contest over at StampTV. If you haven't entered this star punch giveaway contest, you'll sure want to after you see today's previews. Star punch contest

Today, I want to begin by previewing a new stamp set that I designed called "Ribbon Stripes." Ribbons Stripes is a set of 6 long stamps that are patterned and can be used for so many things.

Here is a picture of one of the stamps sitting on top of a piece of digital paper that I also designed called "Summer Fabrics." Summer Fabrics is a set of three digital papers that looks like three types of fabrics you would see in the summer including gauze, twill and canvas. These papers are neutral in color so you can colorize them with ink, markers or any other coloring medium and stamp images in them. And the best part is, it's free! You will be able to find this digital paper pack on the freebies tab at StampTV.com on Thursday night after 10:00 PM central time.

This is the canvas digital paper.

Here is a picture of what the three textures look like.

For my first project, I decided to use stamps from the new StampTV kit, "Eclectic Summer," and "Ribbon Stripes" to create a piece of faux ribbon.

Although I love how this paper looks when you ink it up with a brayer or a sponge, I also love it just as it is so that's the way I used it for this project.

Look at that beautiful background paper! It's the new digital paper pack by Emily Giovanni called "Bright Summer Grunge." I am totally in LOVE with this paper!

If you look closely at the faux ribbon I created with the Ribbon Stripes stamp set, you can see the texture in the Summer Fabrics digital paper that helps to make it look even more authentic. The "Ribbon Stripes" stamp set is the perfect substitute for ribbon and you can create it to perfectly match any project! And wait until you see all the different patterns you can create!

The last stamp set I have to show you is our One free with 3! It's called "Lazy Days of Summer." This set is full of cute summertime images, stars and fun words for cards or scrapbook pages.

The card project I made uses the stars and stripes free digital paper pack.

This is a clean and simple card. I used the boat image and the word 'celebrate' to make a card that would be perfect for a quick invitation or birthday card depending on what you put inside. I used my nestabilities circles to replicate the pattern in the ribbon. (The ribbon is from the new StampTV kit.)

This set is not only filled with cute images to color but it also has three stars that will fit both the Marvy Star punches and the Nestabilities.

The largest star works with the Marvy Super Jumbo punch.

The medium star works with the Marvy Extra Jumbo punch.

And the smallest star works with the Jumbo Punch.

You'll also find numerous ways to use the star nestabilities dies to cut these stars too.

You can even cut out the center of the largest star with the smallest nestabilities star die and then layer in a different color star as seen here on the largest star that I did in red and blue.

So how do you like Ribbon Stripes and Lazy Days of Summer?
Would you like to win one?
Leave a comment here and I will randomly choose two winners who will each win one of these two stamp sets!

The new digi papers look like loads of fun to work with and the ribbon stripes set? Oh my, Gina! Decisions, decisions; how big will my order be tomorrow? First there's 'wee tees' and the new 'zoo' set that I've been itching to order; plus I need your luxury white cardstock, not to mention all the other goodies I'm debating ordering as well. I won't be able to join in the fun tonight for the release party, but I'll have fun tomorrow with my cuppa joe checking everything out. Thanks for the opportunity to win some paper crafting candy!
