Polished Stone- have you tried it?
Polished stone is one of those techniques that looks beautiful and daunting at the same time. But seriously, it's so easy, once you know how!
Today on StampTV, check out two brand new episodes!
First, Learn how to create a beautiful polished stone background using regular dye ink, household rubbing alcohol and metallic mixative for a smear proof, fast drying background.
Then, check out what happened when I tried to bleach my butterflies!

They didn't turn white like I expected! Instead, they picked up the undertone in the mixative and created a cool result!
Now available in our online store, Adirondack Metallic Mixatives, Applicators and Felt refills.
Visit www.ginakdesigns.com and click on the what's new tab or the Tim Holtz category.
New challenges this week and winners announced too. Check it all out at StampTV.com!
Have a wonderful day!
Hugs,
Gina K.

Thank you, thank you! I've been using alcohol inks for this technique, I didn't know you could use dye inks. I have Marvy metalic pens, I hope these will work for the metalic veining.
