Every month, I look at all of the new stamp sets and think- this is the best release EVER! Then, the next month comes along and it happens all over again.
But this month, our illustrators have truly outdone themselves.
Tonight, I am going to begin with a brand new stamp set by Melanie Muenchinger. When Melanie presented this idea to me, I knew it would instantly become a huge hit because, even though it's so perfect for the Autumn Season, it's a year round stamp set as well.
Introducing A Year of Leaves.
Not only is this set packed with leaves from all seasons, but the words and phrases are some of the most beautiful I've seen.
I am totally in love with this saying. It gives such encouragement to anyone who needs a little pick me up. It reminds us of how little we know or understand about what's to come. And how, as one door closes, often another much better one opens.
This would make the perfect little framed print for a desk or nightstand. It's a reminder to be thankful, not only when thinks work out, but also when they don't because God has a better plan than we could have imagined.
The beautiful rusty orange card stock you see is one of our new colors of Pure Luxury card stock called Pumpkin Spice. Pumpkin Spice isn't a bright Halloween-type orange, although it will make fun Halloween cards, but rather a deeper, more muted orange that will sustain your card making year round.
Also coming on Thursday night--the perfect matching ink called Butterscotch by Vivid.
Wait until you see the beautiful selection of leaves in this set!
The leaf images are wide open for lots of Copic marker coloring, watercoloring and coloring with pencils and odorless mineral spirits.
I love this autumn greeting.
The beautiful blue gray you see here is our other new Pure Luxury card stock color- Moonlit Fog. It is the perfect match to the Memento London Fog ink, shown in the background of the cuttlebugged area. So we will not be releasing a Vivid ink match. The London Fog is much too perfect!

Asela Hopkins and I talked a bit about images a while back and I told her that I really wanted a set that would go beyond card making. I wanted a stamp set that would work for coasters, kitchen towels, fruit labels, gift giving and even wall borders. But, I still wanted to be able to use it for cards.
Asela did not let me down!
Introducing Fruitful Harvest.
The images in Fruitful Harvest are big, perfect for all of the stamping applications described above, yet, they make the most beautiful focal images for cards. And talk about the perfect set for breaking out the Copic markers and colored pencils! I had to drag myself away from this set.
I colored the pear images with Copic Markers and cut the entire image out with Nestabilities.
As you can see, all three backgrounds tonight were done using the "Inking a cuttlebug folder" technique from StampTV. To see that episode, click here.
The color combinations I used were as follows: For the top card, I used Pure Luxury Ivory with Memento Desert Sand. For the second card, I used Pure Luxury Ivory with Memento London Fog, and for the last card, I used Soft Sand and Vivid Taupe, which will be available on Thursday night, as well.

I live in the Adirondack Mountains of New York State and we are approaching the best part of the year--Fall. The leave stamps that you are previewing are the best I have ever seen. When they are colored they will be just as we see them here. Perfect for Halloween and Thanksgiving cards, napkins, etc.

I live in New England, and while I love every season as we're in it, there's something about Fall that really inspires me to capture and commemorate it in my stamping and card making. Fall is my absolute favorite season. And leaves constitute at least 25% of my stamp collection, with sayings at 50%, so these news images and sayings would fit in wonderfully. Thank you for sharing them with us and making them available.

I have been healing from a very difficult surgery and the caterpiller and butterfly stamp is just what I needed to read. This set is just beautiful. I can see myself using it over and over again. Thank you for bringing us these sets. They are a blessing.

Oh, I love the Fall/Leaves, and the Caterpillar set, as it reminds me of the Butterfly being a sign of rebirth after the loss of a child. Our son loved the Fall, as his favorite holiday, and these beautiful leaves remind me of this time too. Thank you for sharing these. I'd love to have them to use for other bereaved parents too.

Hi Gina.....Love your idea with inking the CB folders... definitely will be giving this a try. The stamp set you used are fabulous. My mother always loved leaves / fall colours so in her home she accented this theme from kleenex boxes & napkins to curtains & clothes.

I have totally fallen in love (again) with the new A Year of Leaves design. I love the phrases and the fact you can use them all year.
Fruitful Harvest is beautiful too but favourite is A Year of Leaves.

Wow! When I read the verse about the catapillar it really hit home. I sit here with tears in my eyes as we wait for "the call" regarding my uncle. This verse lightened my heart a bit in a way very few things can right now.

I just sold ALL my clear stamps on ebay because I simply cannot get a crisp image. But I am so tempted to try these. I live in hope of one day accomplishing this seemingly impossible feat of a good stamped image with clear stamps. I love the inked cuttlebug backgrounds-I can do this!! The products are great but the video demos to show "me" (it's all about me-hee hee) how to use them has taken me from "fixin to" get started to actually making and sending some beautiful cards. I love the colors of the new pure luxury - gray seems to be my color right now and the fruit and leaves would go great since I am into stamping tubled tiles since I watched your video and saw how easy they were! I love A year of Leaves. They would be so beautiful stamped on copper foil with staz-on then dry embossed and debossed with a stylus and framed or put on a card. BEAUTIFUL!!!!

I like the ear and can see how it can be used in anyseason jusg by the color of cardstock and embellishments tht ate used.
Gold for Christmas. light greenish yeloow for srijng. summer and a gold yellow deeper green for Fall. Thanks to the greqqt samnles!

Thanks to your Stamp TV videos I've totally fallen in love with the cuttlebug & just gotten one! these stamps are wonderful too and I would love to encorporate them into cards with my new cuttlebug!
