Autumn Beauty Blog Hop
Autumn really is one of the most beautiful times of the year up north. As the leaves begin to change, you see some of the most vibrant colors appearing right before your eyes.
One of my favorite things to do is to go to the pumpkin patch with Tom and the kids and pick up a few giant pumpkins to use to decorate the front of the house.

Autumn Beauty, Theresa Momber's newest stamp set, captures the essence of fall in exactly the way I love the most. Living in a more rural part of the country, seeing the corn fields, sunflowers and scarecrows are a luxury we enjoy every autumn.
And I love how Theresa captured these images. I love the scarecrow without a face, (because they don't have faces in real life.) I love the cornstalks, sweet mailbox image and of course, this wheel barrow and pumpkins.
I masked the wheelbarrow and added the pumpkins to fit inside but I love that you can use these images separately too.

I made this Thanksgiving card to send off to Cards for Heroes. Remember, when you send cards to this organization, you are sending cards that our military men and women can use to send back home to their loved ones. Any types of cards will work. Birthday, Miss you, Get well, Happy Thanksgiving and Christmas are all in demand.
So tomorrow, head over to Cards for Heroes and learn how you can help make a difference to our guys and gals serving throughout the world by helping them send a little love back home to those that miss them so much!
If you were wondering about the background paper on my card, I used the new Victoria Cuttlebug Folder and inked the folder up with Vivid Taupe ink. Then, I ran it through my cuttlebug with GKD Soft Sand card stock. See video tutorial here.
I colored my image with Copic markers and die cut the image and greeting with Nestabilities, which should be in our store by the end of next week!
