Your cards are just beautiful although I'm leaning towards the Lord of the Season set. I just love how the saying looks and the words are ones I'd want to add to my own cards.
Thanks for the great tips you also included. They are much appreciated.

Congratulations! Send your shipping address to info@ginakdesigns.com and we'll get those sets right out. Please state which set you won when you send your email. Thank you!

Introducing- Hip to be Square by Melanie Muenchinger

Melanie comes up with the best ideas! And this stamp set will really get your creative juices flowing.
Hip to be Square starts you out with a huge square that reminds me if a window. It's divided into four smaller squares and, in the typical Melanie Muenchinger style, there are about a million different things that you can do with those squares. I absolutely love this set and couldn't wait to get this idea out!

I decided to focus on some of the elements that allow you to build a snowman.

I gave each of the snowmen a scarf using a variety of ribbons from the Holiday and Autumn Ribbon Assortments. It's little hard to see in the photo but the card stock and the button are in our new darker pine green called All Spruced Up. The patterned paper used to create the window is from the gorgeous new Digital Paper Pack by Emily Giovanni called Vintage Holly. I can't wait to use every single paper in this collection!

The holidays are not all you can celebrate with this set! From Halloween to babies and everything in between, you will agree that it's Hip to be Square!

*Ribbon Tip
(I cut my snowmen out with nestabilities circle dies. One they were cut out, I made the scarves with ribbon.)
Cut a small piece of ribbon and wrap it around the snowman's head. Secure it with tape on the back. Then, cut two small pieces on an angle and tape them on the back, sticking out on the side, so that they appear to be tied around the snowman's neck. Pop the entire thing onto your project with a pop dot to give it dimension.

Introducing- Lord of the Season by Nina Brackett

Nina Brackett always touches my soul in some way when she creates stamp sets. Lord of the Season is no exception. This amazing stamp set gives you four topiaries, one for each season, that will make this set a go-to all year long. (Don't you love that kind of versatility from your stamps?)

I chose the Christmas Tree topiary for my card. (There is also such a yummy Autumn one in this set that you will still have plenty of time to use. You will love it! Look for it during tonight's blog hop.)

I decided to use some of the new Fresh Asparagus and Cranberry Tart card stock as well as the matching ribbon and buttons from the Holiday and Autumn Button Assortments. I have to tell you how much I love having small amounts of lots of colors when it comes to buttons. I love to mix and match!

I also used some Good as Gold card stock for my scalloped oval.

The beautiful patterned paper is from the new Deck the Halls digital paper pack by Theresa Momber. She put such a fun collection together for us, filled with traditional holiday colors.

*Button Tip
Although buttons look nice when they are stitched in, you can still use them without stitching for a quick embellishment that has lots of warm appeal. The best way to apply them is to use glue dots. Just touch the button to the glue dot and it will stick to your button, well, like "glue!" Then, place the button on your project and press. You have the perfect permanent bond.

I love the greetings that Nina adds to her stamp sets. She always creates them in such beautiful fonts. And this one is such a great reminder.
