Memory Keeper Box

Do you scrapbook?
If so, I bet you are like me and rarely run in the door, drop your suitcase and run to your scrapbook room to scrapbook your vacation photos. Then, when you do get to it, you have trouble remembering many of the details that you wanted to journal.

Maybe you don't scrapbook.
Maybe you have all of your photos in a shoe box or they are being held captive in your digital camera or on CDs and when you look through them, you think, "Hmmm, how old was little Susie in this photo?" If I handed my shoe box of photos to my kids right now, they would have no idea who most of the people are in those photos, including some of their cousins, aunts and old photos of their grandparents.

I decided that this type of system is no longer working for me.
That's why I created the Memory Keeper.

This little box can be easily put together using only one sheet of 8 1/2" X 11" card stock. (You will need a little more if you want to layer.)

These can work in different ways.
Use them as a resting spot for photos that you plan to scrapbook later.

Fill them with your photos and add one or two journaling cards with all the details you want to remember later when you pull them out to scrapbook.

Or, maybe you don't like to scrapbook. These can replace a scrapbook easily by stopping there. Then, future generations can open these little boxes, see the photos and read your notes. The looks so pretty on a shelf or tossed in a basket together.

Maybe your shoe box is fine.
These boxes are great for other things too! They can house coupons, recipes, and receipts.

They make a great gift!
Fill one with a few greeting cards and envelopes and this box is the perfect greeting card holder for gift giving or selling at craft fairs and in Etsy Shops.
