Let me start out by saying thank you to everyone who left me happy birthday wishes all over StampTV, Splitcoaststampers, Facebook, my email and more! I had a lovely day of stamping and getting ready for our release party on Thursday night and your thoughts and wishes were such a wonderful addition to a fun-filled day of stamping!

Tonight, along with two brand new stamp sets, I am excited to present to you one of the two new colors being added to our Pure Luxury Collection!

Introducing Lemon Drop

Lemon Drop is a light lemon yellow that coordinates so well with many of the popular patterned papers on the market like Origins and Sugar Rush by Basic Grey and Earth Love by Cosmo Crickett.

We will also have three new Spring Collections coming out on Thursday night- a new Spring Ribbon Collection which includes the Lemon Drop Grosgrain ribbon pictured above and the new Spring Button Assortment which includes the Lemon Drop buttons pictured above. A Spring card stock assortment will be available as well that will include the Lemon Drop card stock. Vivid Lemon Ice Ink Pads and reinkers will also be released which perfectly matches the Lemon Drop Products.

Here is what Lemon Drop looks like next to the popular Sweet Corn card stock so you can see the difference in the two yellows.

Tonight's card projects both features the new Lemon Drop products so you can see this color in action.

Introducing Pressed Flowers by Melanie Muenchinger

Let me just start by saying that I am in love with this stamp sets on so many levels.

This gorgeous solid image stamp set is full of flowers for every season, including the holidays! Even though I don't do it nearly enough, stamping with colored inks is so much fun. And chunky stamps allow for solid color stamping and adding highlights with markers for a more dimensional look.

For the flower in my focal image, I inked up the stamp with some Vivid Lemon Ice ink and then added a little deeper yellow with a Cantaloupe Memento Marker and huffed (breathed moist air) on it prior to stamping. This created a two-toned image.

I also did that with the leaf and stem. You can see in this photo how nicely the Lemon Drop card stock and ribbon coordinate with the Basic Grey Origins patterned paper.

Then, I made a small loop with some Lemon Drop ribbon and sewed a Creme de Menthe Button on top. Once the button was secure, I used a glue dot to adhere it to my card.

Another thing I LOVE about this stamp set is the way it coordinates with Melanie's A Year of Flowers stamp set. When you use the two together, you create the most flawless two-step stamping which I am sure you will be see a lot of in the days and weeks to come. I will have a sample of that coming up for you after the release.

This set is a must have for anyone who loves flowers!

Introducing Oh, Baby! by Rupa Shevde

This is one of the most adorable baby sets around! Oh Baby! is full of beautiful, cleanly drawn images that you can use to create cards, scrapbook pages and gifts for anyone who is expecting or already has a new baby.

I paired up some Lemon Drop card stock and buttons with the Cosmo Crickett Earth Love patterned paper and it made the perfect backdrop for a baby card that can be given for either a boy or girl.

The toy ducks image is so adorable and this is only one of so many choices that will give your Copics, colored pencils or watercolors a workout! And the greetings are just precious too.

And look how pretty the Lemon Drop buttons look hand stitched to the card with some mint green thread.

This baby set will be a staple in your collection for all of your baby project needs.
