9月7日下午，经多方联系，本报记者独家采访了“听证哥”石爱伟。

【谈“出名”感受】已经两个晚上失眠了
自9月5日晚上9时起，记者开始电话联系石爱伟，但直到7日上午，才正式和他联系上。
7日下午1时，石爱伟终于现身，接受记者的采访。
相比9月5日在听证会上的形象，当天的石爱伟显得十分憔悴，神情紧张，在沙发上坐立不安，讲话也结结巴巴。“我已失眠两个晚上了，吃饭也没胃口，这事对我影响太大。”石爱伟说，在家里父母一直在责怪他，不该出风头,doudoune moncler pas cher；出门碰到邻居，都来问是不是犯了什么事；甚至远在衡阳的亲戚，都打来电话问情况，自己根本就吃不好睡不好。

十几年前，他曾在湖南湘华企业工作，换过多次工作之后，目前他在长沙某报社的专刊部担任编辑一职。
有媒体说他的小区居民身份在社区没能查到，而“执行主编”参会的身份也系自封，石爱伟解释，因怕媒体的打扰，自己曾谎报了居住的社区，执行主编的身份确实是真实的,Beat By Dr Dre。
“听证哥”的事情出来后，石爱伟所在的报社领导找到了他，让他出面进行正面回应。“我有业绩任务。”石爱伟说：“现在大家都把我当坏人，当骗子，以后想联系业务， 只怕很难。如果真的出现这样的局面，那我只能换一份工作了。”
“今后不会再参加听证会了，连工作也可能换掉。” 局面有些“难以收拾”，石爱伟很后悔，他担心这件事可能会改变自己的人生。
【谈听证表现】17次听证确实只投赞同票
究竟为什么，会在6年17次参加听证会？石爱伟说，那是因为自己确实热心城市的发展，每次有听证会就必报名；也不知道为什么，会多次被选上。

“别人都说我是为了赚听证会的钱，才频繁地参加听证会，这绝对不可能。”石爱伟说，自己唯一想解释的，就是自己去参加听证会的目的。
他说，每次参加听证会，自己都想争取发言的机会。为了让自己发言“有水平”，他一般会去做调查，再反复修改发言稿，其中花费的人力物力都不能用金钱计算。
针对主办方的“车马费”，石爱伟解释：“开听证会前，主办方不可能告诉你有钱还是没钱。”这17次听证会，他最多只拿到了400元的车马费，也参加过没钱的听证会。
“一个媒体曾开了个《话吧》栏目，我至少参加过50多次，都是没钱的，有时候晚上还得打车回去，这些成本根本不能算。”石爱伟说，自己去参加听证会也不是没有私心，比如去认识些专家，积累人脉，这就是唯一的“获利”。
石爱伟坦言，现在事情已经这样了，自己已无力挽回，只希望自己的家人不要受到伤害。
影响
政府关注“听证哥”事件
专业听证户或不再出现
而在“听证哥”事件发生后，省政府法制办依法行政指导处副处长卢建华接受了中央媒体的采访。
他解析，之所以会出现目前这种专业听证户，一方面在于一些听证会在征集听证代表时，相关的工作本身不够细致和深入，比如公示的时间持续性不够，比如公示的媒体平台的选择不够大众不够权威；一方面，则在于目前对于听证会代表产生本身，缺乏具体、明确的硬性制度规定。
卢建华指出，目前对于听证代表的产生，只有一些原则性、抽象性的要求。
“湖南省人民政府已经下发文件，明确规定所有参加听证会的代表，都必须要在当地主要的网络媒体予以公示；听证代表在会上所发表的观点、意见，要全部上网公示；代表意见最终是否采纳，采纳与否的相关理由，也都必须予以说明和解释。”谈到如何减少乃至根本避免今后出现专业听证户的问题，卢建华表示，省政府已经注意到了听证会代表在产生、来源等方面存在的现实问题，并正在采取积极、系统的办法加以应对，努力确保听证制度在既定的轨道上运行，从而最大限度地释放其中蕴含的制度能量。

那么这些专业听证哥是如何产生的？听证会有没有详细的操作细则？有没有可能由第三方听证？“听证哥”的事件出现后，也引发了众多市民对听证制度的拷问。
一问车马费：参加听证会到底有多少钱
