Favorite Summer Memories- Team Blog Hop

Tonight, we've put together a special blog hop for you featuring the new stamp sets from our last release. And we are all so excited by this month's Team challenge.

The challenge . . .

I challenged the team to create a project that depicts a favorite summer memory. With so many great memories of summer, choosing just one is the hardest part of this challenge!

Here is my project for this month's challenge:

My favorite summer memory dates back to when I was just a young girl in grade school. My best friend Donna and I would sit in the grass in the backyard where all of my Mom's beautiful flowers were blooming and we would talk about all of our deepest darkest secrets. The sun felt so warm and we would braid wildflower chains and talk for hours. She was my closest friend and the one I could always talk to.

So I decided to use the new One free with 3 stamp set called Friends are Forever and create my own flower garden with the perfect sentiment to depict those times.

Stamps: Friends are Forever
Card Stock: Green Apple, White
Patterned Paper: Green at Heart by Basic Grey
Other: Nestabilities, Copic Markers

So, what is your favorite summer memory?
We want you to play along too!
Create a project using ANY Gina K. Designs stamp set and add your "direct to the project" blog link here in the Mister Linky below.

I will visit each of the blog links and choose one stamper's project to feature here on my blog. That stamper will earn three soon-to-be-released stamp sets from next month's release! And, if they would like to, they will be invited to play along with our preview party for our next release!

So, get inky and share you summer memories below! You might earn some brand new rubber!

Then, stop back and post your project. You have until Thursday June 17th at 8:00 PM central time. On Friday June 18th, I will announce the winner. Good luck and happy stamping!

Hugs,
Gina K.
